WE NEED WORK
This post is to anyone doing any projects, we need work, Anubi-Gate consists of 2 writers from Nottinghamshire in England, We have come up with a concept and have been writing on it for a while now. The concept is about 3 dynastys from different milestones in the history books competing for the world. The Medieval Knights (1200), Japanese Warriors(950AD) and The Romans (100BC).This is the opening Monologue to the script of our concept. Imagine, a place and time, where empires, take generations of children, and mould them into soldiers, soldiers that grow up to be warriors, and warriors, that grow to be legends, imagine, a place and time, where empires, are run in controversy, fighting for control, caught in a neverending war, a war, that has lastest over 2000 years and still shows no sign of ending, where millions of men, women and children have died, either trying to fight, or run away, but with no prevail. Imagine, a place and time, where there have been very little technological advances, advances in weaponry and buildings, keep the fire of the war, burning bright, thus giving the leadership of all sides, to fight harder and with less mercy, the people, still relying on the honour and valiance of their soldiers to keep them safe, and rely on there kings, emporers, and queens to shine when they are needed most, monarchys, that are ripped apart, and torn down from power, are always replaced by new monarchys, that keep the fighting alive, extending the line of fire to new heights. The year, is 2012, and this is the story of a man by the name of Alexius Vitus, general of Eboriaum, lord to the people of Britannia, and defender of life to king Aharon, long time ruler of Britannia. As many other soldiers in the Britannia forces, he was chosen, along side his brothers, to be a mould, to be trained into a warrior and some day become a legend. In Alexius adolescent years he rose through the ranks and by his nineteenth year he had become a general of Eboriaum, and was highly regarded as the next legend of Britannia. This is his story, of Alexius Vitus, this is THE ERA, battle to victory.
I don't understand: do you need work, or people to work for you?
In case for the first: why kind of work are you looking for exactly?
And in case of the latter: what kind of people would you need and what would they have to do?
In all honesty, I don't have the time to help you out, or the right contacts to help you get some sort of job, but I just thought you may want to clearify your request to get people's interest.

I was just about to post the exact same thing...
In either case, Game Design is not the place for recruitment - you'll be better off heading to the Help Wanted forum and either looking for projects that interest you or starting a thread - after reading the FAQ and this thread to ensure you don't fall into any of the common traps.
Of course, if you want to discuss any particular aspects of your game design, this is the place to do it - but again, I'd recommend you read the FAQ and this thread first.
Sorry that the post was confusing.....We want to write for a project, the monologue was just a sample of the writing that we can do.......I must state that we have only just recently started writing creatively and would like the experience of writing for a game.......
We would like our own team to make our concepts, but we thought its best to gain experience by writing for others games before deciding to produce our own.
