I have googled and can't find any sites that have a 3d noisemap texture that I can use... Anyone have a specific site??? Thanks

Check out libnoise. All of their noise generators output 3D noise.

If you are looking for a ready-to-use, pre-made 3D noisemap texture I doubt you'll find one, really. They tend to be pretty damned big, and few smart people are going to waste the webspace on something that you can easily generate yourself with a few lines of code.
