What's the meaning of PR? (of course i find in google). The text say :

I thought it meant press release, but public relations does work better.

It can also mean press release, depending on the context.

I like to think it means Power Render.

I think that is more related (in this case) with public relations.

Seriously though, In this context I think it's basically saying advertise yourself - make sure that people know you exist, and that you have something to show off when necessary [smile]

"Real" PR in the media world is pretty much a case of people trying to other peoples attention by presenting/announcing/shouting-about stuff[attention]
