Finding lots of tutorials for 3dsmax should not be as hard as other programs. Just google around for "3DS Max tutorials" and all variations. 3dcafe has a lot of neat ones but that site is down atm. Don't forget to google using GMAX either as a term. Gmax was made for that specifically. Good luck!
