Font Help!

I just reformatted my computer... only to find out that a number of my photoshop files are using fonts I no longer have! I'm not sure where I got most of the fonts before... either from a free site or from some program I installed (perhaps microsoft office? I switched to open office...) The two fonts I would particularly like aren't that uncommon, I don't think: Century Gothic and Magneto. I went googling for those fonts.. only to find that about 3 dodgy-looking font sites are trying to sell them for upwards of $40.00! That's just insane! This is of course after searching at Adobe's type library which turned up nothing. Am I screwed? Or is there some preferably free way of obtaining these fonts? Thanks! edit: I might also take this time to express my outrage at the absurdly high priced fonts! What gives? What could possibly justify spending $135 on a single font?
I would recommend 1001 free fonts. Some of them are awesome!
