i clicked the blender icon and the splash screen shows and then a second later blender crashes the only major change to my computer is installing east asian languages would that cause blender to crash? i dont know what to do any help?

First, try reinstalling Blender. If that does not solve the problem, check to see if you have the most recent video drivers for it. If neither of those work, then just *maybe* it could have been those languages, but there are tons of other possiblities to consider as well. make sure you restart your compter too. That's known to fix a few random probs here and there.
