Just Started
Hey. I just started making sprites and I need some help. I've been making everything so far in MSPaint and I dont know where to go now. Here is a sample of some of my work: http://jeffb.gotdns.com/member/Noble/hentai.jpg http://jeffb.gotdns.com/member/Noble/eye.gif http://dhost.info/wastedink/screen1.GIF What should I do now? Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks!
I think that you should start looking at purchasing some -real- 2d imaging software. Like Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop CS. And maybe a tablet (a Wacom Graphire3 4x5 aughta do it). They'll really help with the more complicated tasks you may want to do...
For another solution, you could download GIMP for free, which is a very nice piece of software, and unlike the other two, is free.

Well unless your doing something huge, I prefer paint. See? Paint is good.
Not bad for a first try.
Here are some of my tutorials, more on the way.

First of all, without buying any tool, I recommend a bit more practice, mostly
on paper and you probably want to look at this cool site:
http://pixeltutorial.cjb.net where you might find very useful advices.
Then you might browse around for tools but I do not recommend a tablet yet.
First, use your mouse to pixel. This one needs a way different skills as using a tablet.
On ther other side, you do as you want ... :D
