looking for a good mp3 ringtones website

I just recently purchased a new samsung phone with sprint, and I was wondering if anyone knows a good website to purchase mp3 ringtones. Not just the ones that sound like an 4 year old with a midi controller, but the real songs themselves. And yes, my phone does support them thanks

Can't you just find yourself a WAV editor and a WAV->MP3 convertor?

I don't mind the quality ringtones, in theory.
In practice, so far as I can tell, only hiphop songs make it into ringtones. Why is this?
