God, your piano sounds beautiful. Are you using a synth? Digital piano? I'd love to know.

You doodle much better than I doodle. The recording was excellent. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, I'd say that there were a few places where it was slightly noticeable that you had lost a sense of direction in the piece, but since you were just doodling, that's perfectly fine. And you always managed to pick up a new phrase and work with it. Very nice work.

What key are you playing in? I know when I sit at the piano and just play around, I tend to end up in either B flat or E flat.

I really have no idea what key I was in I'd have to play the mp3 back to see where I started most of the time I just wonder around from one key to the next.

as far as synth I use a Yamaha Motif ES

Just as a piano solo it doesn't really stay interesting too long, but if you added in some orchestral elements to it(strings, harp, oboe, flute...something) then you could make a great tune. Don't know about you but when I listen to it I can hear the orchestra playing in the BG and just really bring the song out much more than the piano alone can do.
