getting Hight and Width of a PNG file

im using SDL and i get a debbuging error at this line if(Counter*90 >= I_Skill->w) and this is what I_Skill = I_Skill = IMG_Load("foo.PNG"); Im just wondering if there is a way of getting a PNG h and w or if you can and there is somthing else wrong in my code (if so tell me so that i can look other places) thanks [grin]

What does the error specifically report?

Make sure the surface isn't equal to NULL. . .
it says segmention fault and im pretty sure it not == NULL its gotta do with the file type because when i switch it to BMP it works fine

EDIT: hmm now it works fine hmm ok that was wierd whatever [Looksaround]
