I switched AVIs in the tutorial and it won't display my new one. If I look at the file's summary in Win Explorer, it shows the frame rate and data rate, but no codec (does this mean it isn't compressed?) Whereas if I look at the Face2.avi included in the example, it shows the frame rate, data rate, sample size and compression. Any ideas guys? I guess if all else fails I could convert the AVI to one with a codec... but I don't even know how to do that...:(

Okay.. so it looks like I was missing my codec. No problem... but now for some reason when I try to view the AVI, the first 100 frames or so are blank.
???

(They view fine in Windows Media Player or any other AVI viewer however...)
