Now everyone knows of paypal, however what are other options of getting payments to people?

Western Union or American Express money orders (not accepted in all countries).
International Bank Wire (typically a $10-$30 fee IN EACH END).
FedEx cash in an envelope (you're not supposed to do this, I'm told).
Mailing a check (typically a $30 fee and LONG check cashing time at the receiving end).

Why not just mail a standard money order (from the USPS)?
