Hi! We are actually we are looking for a music compositor (actually who will also do all the sound-relative works) for our association. We are an association, making video games (among several things), whome the goal is to increase the abilities of developers and infographists. We are in Paris, France, but we work with people who are in Belgium, and also in several cities in France. Actually we are making demos, not full video games (this will be the goal of a future company, so... It's like killing two birds in a row: first we learn and increase our abilities, then we'll aim at a bigger goal), with about 15 full time people, for 3 years and a half. We don't make any money from this. When time will come about working for money, I would propose the "Mr music/sound" a flat fee payement for hos work (any work deserve money, of course, as long as it brings incomes to a company).
