Lakhotan is an Amerindian language, notable for its lack of adjectives. (It uses verbs instead, such as the one that means "to be a Lakhotan".) Googling "lakhota" should give you a sparse dictionary pretty soon.
I misspelled the third; it's supposed to be Warlpiri. There's a sample at http://www.language-museum.com/w/warlpiri.htm . It's a bit odd to Anglophone ears; you might want to look at Gothic (http://freespace.virgin.net/o.e/egd/letters.htm) or Breton (http://www.francenet.fr/cgi-bin/dico?complete). I'd recommend the Germanic languages because you'll get a familiar feel with the Anglophone players without the sugariness or transparency of Romance roots. (If you've got a large empire, might I suggest Greek or Old Church Slavonic? You get a non-Roman script, too, with either.)
