Anyone familiar with this? How would you manipulate the mmorpg to make it do things that it's not supposed to do. Some people do this for daoc , ultima online, and other mmorpgs. Anyone know how they do it?
You don't. You would violating their terms of service.

Just thought I'd mention that you probably shouldn't ask questions like that here - or anywhere for that matter. Another member of GameDev was recently banned, partially for his persistant "How do I make this do what it's not supposed to do?" questions. Just a suggestion - seeing as you are a new member.
Nahh, nothing wrong with being curious. Not sure why exactly you are posting in the Java forum, unless you play Runescape and are trying to hack it.

Okaaaay. Just don't say I didn't warn you. ;)
Learn the win32 api. :P If you can't figure it out from there you're not likely to accomplish anything anyway.

if you want an example for (Old) UO, look at members.aol.com/darvathewanderer/openuo.src
