1. A GOOD medieval FPS. Think HEXEN, beefed-the-hell up. 2. An RTS that can be played as a Third-Person Action/Adventure. Sort of like Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires, but instead, a more Warcraft-like game. Fantasy, I guess. 3. A futuristic RPG. Kinda like Knights of the Old Republic mixed with Morrowind, but with Mechs and no real storyline... Okay, it should have a storyline, but it should be optional. The game should never end. You can play a Mercenary, Space Freighter, or Officer, and missions come in randomly. Maybe something like Streets of L.A. with the dispatcher. Except it should be a comm-system. Any suggestions?

I believe its called Savage.

That might be what you are looking for. Not quite Dynasty warriors like, but RTS/3rd person mix.

Another very good RTS / FPS hybrid is Battlezone / Battlezone 2 (bz2 is much better). It's an older game and only really found on ebay or if you're lucky, the bargain bin in some stores. It's a futuristic game though. But it's all fought on land.
