Hi! I've been planning to update my old pentium pc and I was wondering if I need to buy a videocard or a videocard + graphics accelarator.. Does the tnt 2 is an accelerator or a card? same goes for the voodoo 3..

I think you're gonna have a hard time finding a PC that DOESN'T have an AGP slot, and all the super good cards are AGP anyway.
I'd say go for AGP 2x-4x, with a TNT2 or the newer geForce 256. I'm partial to nvidia, so I can't comment on 3DFX based products...I'm sure someone here will write about them for you.
