Feedback on a game idea!

The most easy way to explain the idea is this way: If you know warcraft(or warcraft II/III) then remove the option of have a game goal like "kill all the orcs", and you would have won the map(game). You start with humans that only can build houses and breed each other.(this should be like SIMs, self interactive and your only way to interact is placing new land-types and creatures). New land types become available as you gain creativity points(these are used to build land-types and creatures) and creativity Levels(used to measure which land-types and extras that is available to buy, if you have the points to buy it). The only way to get new creatures besides humans, is to expose them to new landtypes and extras(ex: nuclear-like blasts, different toxic gasses). Implementing a DNA engineering feature and a few basic animals and insects would give the game a third interactive enviroment. The goal of the game itself is no more obvious than that of every life-simulator, and maybe to see what weird and/or wondefull creatures you can create. What do you think of the idea? (I don't really seem to be able to format the text so it's better for the eyes to read, sorry)
Sounds like simlife... but I like playing god so I would probably enjoy it :)

yeah it sounds like SimLife, but its more advanced and
in addition to SimLife the graphics should be much better
