Tools of the teamwork trade...

...what are they? I know that CVS is used for code management (or MSVSS)(btw, anyone know of a free CVS server for developping a game that may be open-source in the future (that means no sourceforge right now)), but what is used for bugtracking, feature list (what the feature does, who it''s assigned to, how much is done, what it depends on..), and other stuff like that?
You could write your own, just as long as it''s not a team project

I think there are programs which do this for you like WinCVS or MacCVS but I''m unsure if you have to use a CVS server as such or just an FTP server. I haven''t used it much before. Sourceforge''s CVS is really cool but if it''s not OpenSource then you''ll have to find something else I guess

You need a CVS server. I think most of the work is done by the server.
