What is intelligence?

Hey how about we start a thread where all of us define in no more than 20 words what we think Intelligence is? multiple definitions welcome. My definition: Itelligence is the ability to learn and know how to use this knowledge.
I have neurons in my butt!!!

The proper application of concepts on the SAT, followed by the reception of a high score. (ETS says the SAT is a test that is able to measure intelligence) :)
One very simple definition might be: Attempting to modify behaviour appropriately according to its environment.
