Although I have posted some art in the "post your art here" section, I am placing a new post asking people to critiqe my art at its web site. conshape any feedback would be much apreciated. please refer to the contact section.
I would, but server disallows .js this late on Sundays, so I can't even go to hotmail ... And I am too lazy to change the settings maybe...

Actually, come to think of it, it disallows images this late too... Damn porn happy boyz!

well....
um, i'd say, keep practicing. i think you're doing well, especially if you've got years ahead of you. experience is always the best teacher, but it also helps to learn the stuff before you experience it, too. you may have already received some critiquing from art instructors, or family, and if they knew anything, they'd probably agree that you should broaden your artistic abilities to span anatomically-correct humans, as well as animals, nature, landscapes, inanimate objects, man-made objects, and one of the more important basics, color, shading, form, composition, contrast, etc. all these things need to be considered, even if they were quick sketches or even doodles. it would also be good to test with several types of media, from colored pencils to pastel to charcoal, etc. my "teachers" have been burne hogarth, jack hamm, george bridgeman, davinci, ralph mcquarrie, joe johnston, and a little doug chiang, bruce timm, and of course, some comic book greats as jim lee and whilce portacio (american comic books from the company Image), and of course, Frank Miller for Batman and Sin City. observe your favorite artists' styles. there's lots to learn from everyone, and although i have to admit that Anime is one of my influences in my artwork, i sort of cringe at it now, because to me, it all looks the same. i'm sorry if i offended anybody from that last statement, but it is my opinion. i understand, however, that some of the movies/cartoons that have influenced me had a touch of anime here and there, such as, Transformers the movie (of course, anime), the later batman:TAS episodes (i like the earlier ones better, classic!) and some others. And also, i just think Akira is just a kickass movie. Roy, and all the government people were drawn fairly, but for the bikers, i'm not too sure.

i know i haven't posted any artwork up here, nor do i have a site up. i feel that i'm not quite ready to publicize myself yet. i've been busy developing my game, and integrating my artwork will be my "reward" after coding. i really don't want to have to prove anything, so if you don't believe all that i've said, you don't have to. it's all an opinion. =) hope it helps a little.
