Granny 3D and Maya Meshes

Hello All. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Granny 3D SDK (version 2.15 in particular) with Maya as the 3D modeller used for creating geometry. My problem lies in the Ray casting (bounding box intersects down to triangle intersects within a mesh''s bounding box). The intersections don''t always work. On nearly identical meshes (differing only the the Y component of the vertices making up the mesh)(a terrain mesh in this case) and having an identical skeletal structure. I am justing using their modified Collision example code. My company is much too cheap to buy a service agreement..=( so I can''t ask their technical support people. Anyway, if anyone is familiar with any of the above, I appreciate any insight you can offer or how you possibly got around the same problem. THanks, J
