I remember seeing a TV program a few months ago(maybe in discovery chanel or something like that!) which show that beatiful people have always a perfect ratio. For example the nose must be 5:3 (??:?? or some other ratio I cannot remenber!) of the face. The length of the legs if ??:?? compared to the torse, etc etc etc... So does anyone knows the perfect ratio of the body parts and face stucture?? Thanks. Hopefully someone will understand what I mean!

Not sure, but wouldn''t it vary by ethnitcity, and geographical location? My ideal girl might not look anything like yours. Beauty is too subjective to measure with mathematical formulas. I suppose you could come up with a general rule, but finding the "most beautfiul person" with ratios is impossible.

I think this is the Golden Ratio. Google for it.
Recalling a past psychology course I remember that facial beauty means conforming as closely as possible to perfect bilateral symmetry of the face. i.e. if the face was divided in half the left and right sides would be nearly perfect reflections of each other.
Well, R2D22U2..
Nervo, in the case of your explanation, I am a hideous monster...
The eyes should be in the middle of the head. The width of one eye should be one-fifth the width of the middle of the head, and there should be the distance of one eye between the eyes. The corners of the mouth should line up with the pupils. Top of the ears should be half-way up the head, and the bottoms should be a quarter up. Top of mouth should line up with bottom of ears. Width of the nose should line up with inside corner of eyes.

These aren''t from the show, but they should be close. These are notes I got from a drawing teacher.

I remember that show, I actually saw it. Unfortunetly, I don''t remember much from it. Something to do with triangles and geometry. Lots of confusing stuff.

There is a shortcut to this whole trick. Find someone beautiful, and look at their proportions. Whalla, there is your formula.
Are you guys talking about the show where they have babies choose who they want to play with ... they always choose the more beautiful person with the symmetric face. Symmetry seems to play a big role in it

Really? I thought they wanted to play with the kid who had the coolest toys?
