if i am behind a firewall, i want to be able to a pc outside the firewall. this pc outside the firewall will be "me"...giving the pc inside the firewall the data that it requests...

Set your firewall to allow the outgoing connection and connect normally.

If you connect from behind the firewall, and it''s a remotely decent firewall, you don''t have to make any changes.

To connect to something behind a firewall, the changes has to be made to the firewall (forward the ports).
