Why won''t they move? I tried them in the GAIM messenger and my friend said they were moving and on my it wasn''t, yet the gif was made by me. I tried saving it with .gif, I tried saving it as gif and with .gif. And I tried other programs to view it. Anyone know how to do this?
What does this have to do with Linux? If the programs you''re using don''t display animations, they simply don''t display animations. Try it in a web browser, I''m sure it''ll animate there.

I thought it was linux because it didn''t display on anything. Do you happen to know a program that displays gifs for linux ?

Thanks
um, a web browser?
The gimp should be able to handle animated gifs if you install the responsible plugin(s), assuming you live in a country in which GIFs aren''t patented (anymore).
Mozilla will display them, as will Opera and Konqueror.
