LET ME EXPLAIN WHY SOMEONE WOULD USE VB OR C

VB: Because they want to create a nice simple program that does a simple task, but they want a nice user friendly interface with no hassles.

C: If they are a hard-arse and love their code and like to get dirty in the innards of the computer. Who gives a stuff about UI when we have CLI????

Just my $2/100

I use both, and I am not afraid to admit that they both serve their purposes. I sometimes use a VB interface as a front-end to a C program

VB, C/C++, nah. Use assembly, python, or some other brilliant language.
