Hair
I''m having massive problems modeling hair. I''ve checked out a tutorial for modeling anime hair, I did it but I don''t like the results. I''m using max 5, has anyone found some ok tutorials for creating low-poly hair?
Or better yet, can someone give me an example?
Yes, look on Google for modeling hair in 3D Studio Max 5. If nothing else try to develop your own ways of doing things. You will learn for more in the long run. Don't be afraid to use tutorials that use different modeling software then yours. They still might inspire you to try something you haven't

Take back the internet with the most awsome browser around, FireFox
Are you sure you can draw it well on paper? It helps to be a good artist before attempting anything 3d...

Yes, I can draw hair.
Anyway, the Google search method really didn''t help me, does anyone have any specific tutorials that can be used to model low-poly hair?
