Linux Progress Patch
I''ve been searching on google for some information on how to apply the Linux Progress Patch, and how to apply a theme to it, but i can''t find ANY information about it (!). Please, does anybody know i apply a theme, or any URL where i can find this information?
Thank you,
Victor.

I haven''t heard that mentioned in close to two years. When I applied it to my then RedHat 7.1 box, the site I downloaded it from had instructions on patching. Not necessarily the easiest thing ever, but pretty cool. I even created a few themes of my own.
Can''t help with references today, though. Sorry.

Note also that you can always download the source code of Debian packages in tar.gz archives. For instance, the aforementioned patch can be downloaded from:
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/devel/kernel-patch-lpp.html
Check out the bottom of the page, you''ll see "Source Code: [dsc] [kernel-patch-lpp_0.4.0-6.tar.gz]". It''s handy when you can''t figure out where to find a project''s home page.
Hope this helps.
