vertex lightmap approximation what is that.Can anyone explain it to me in simple words.
Why DOS never says exellent command or filename
vertex lightmap = every vertex in a mesh has a light value.
This is normaly looks pretty bad.
vertex lightmap approximation= trying with different methods to guess the light value, or trying to replicate as close as possible per pixel lighting, shadows and radiosity with the vertex lightmaps(looks even worse sometimes).
