are the DirectVoice DVID''s the same as the DirectPlay DPNIDs?

They happen to be the same, although I haven''t found any document that can formerly certify it. The DP samples do assume DVID == DPNID, though.

they are the same, i just did a test and they both use the same ID which makes some sense of this DP stuff.... thanks cb
