
controllers and triggers?
Hiya
Sorry about all of the posts lately, but im comming up with more and more questions as I continue me project.
Ive read a lot of different articles on AI and most of them talk about entity contollers. Ive gone thru gamedev and read a few articles on them, but im still kinda in the dark as to there importance and or what they even are. Along with controllers comes the term triggers.
I understand triggers, there basicly like a if/else statement.
(if(player.pos == carspawner.pos) spawn car entity into world)
How though do you "apply" them do an object?
What all are controller classes used for?
Also, how do state machines work with controllers?
