Frenet frames
Hey guys,
I''ve calculated my 3 perpendicular vectors for the frenet frame, now I''m stumped on how to rotate my object to orientate with them. Any ideas?
I''m trying to extrude polys around various curves - helices, toroidal spirals, etc. I have no idea how to calculate the new polygon vertices so they orientate with these 3 vectors I''ve calculated.
I was thinking I''d just try using OpenGL rotations to align a quad as a starting point, but I can''t figure it out.
