Hi all, I recently purchased "multiplayer game programming" byTodd Barron with the CD. I ordered it from the marketplace on Amazon.co.uk and the company I purchased it from didn''t have it in stock and so sent a request for the publisher to send me a copy. When the book eventually arrived, the CD in the back full of the source code was smashed into pieces and is of no use. I cant get started on any of the examples and wondered if anyone anywhere has the source files that come on the CD as I dont want to waste any more time sending the CD and book back to get an exchange.
