MIDI Controller Wheels

OK, I have no idea if such equipment exists but what I am after even exists, but it would be really nice. What I want is some MIDI wheel(s) that I can plug-through with my MIDI piano (which has no wheels) or use standalone for editing. The ability to change their channel and controller would be nice too.

The U-Control UC-33 from Evolution Electronics

It looks a little too expensive for my needs (and budget), but extreemly nice. Built in Reason compatibility is a bonus.
