You have not really provided enough information for us to offer useful advice. Different publishers might or might not take your game depending on the quality (shareware, B title or Triple A) of your game, the format it is on, how complete it is, the price and how much previous experience you have.
Another key issue is to make sure you have all the necessary information to provide (pitch) to the publisher. For more details on this important issue check out http://www.obscure.co.uk/the_pitch.shtml
Post a little more about your game and we should be able to help further.

If this is your first title, and you have never had any experience in developing a game - forget it. The liklihood a publisher will pick you up is so close to zero its not funny.
If you have had some exp in game development then you may get lucky. Check out the business docs on igda to get an idea of whats needed. I dont mean to sound harsh but the reality is only 4% of all games submitted to publishers get published. And that 4% is (more often than not) companies and people with experience - there are some obvious exceptions but its very rare.
Heres the link:

These docs are invaluable to new developers. Read them thoroughly. To get published its primarily all about risk assessment - less risk, higher possibility of publishing.
If you have a demo, spill sheet and the required tech and game docs you''ll be in with a chance.
Good luck.
