Hi guys. i am not a noob to Gamedev.net, but a noob to art. I am interested in 3D modeling and animation. I have average skills drawing with a pencil, and a little bit of experience using 3-D modelers. I am looking for good tutorials on modeling. I have Milkshape 3D, Blender, openFX, GMAX, and Maya Personal Learning Edition. Thanks for all your help. Also, feel free to give advice. Scott Simontis Game Programmer in Training Have a nice day!

Google it. Most 3dsMax tuts will work for Gmax, I suggest you use Maya, though. First read all the documentation, it''ll probably take a week or so, then start experiementing, once you have the basics down start doin tutorials that gradually get harder. Then begin your own models.

www.3dbuzz.com. They have 3DS MAX, Maya, UnrealED VIDEO tutorials, completely free! The best teaching for that stuff on the web, I was lucky enough to see it on The Screen Savers one day.
