Installing video card drivers

I have an old box that I just installed Linux on (red hat). The distribution didnt have my driver, so I downloaded it (took like 2 hours to find) and I have it in RPM format. I did rpm -i on it...but I dont know what else to do to set it as my display driver. Anyone know? Brian J

Edit your XF86Config so that it uses the driver.

Well...I only know how to use Xconfigurator, I dont know how to manually edit the file, or how to find the names to put in. Can you help me with the details of that? I do know how to use xedit, emacs, etc, but I dont know what to change. thanks

What kind of video card is it and what is the driver module name?

It''s a Real3D Starfighter 4mb...how do I find the module name? In xrpm? Or do I just have to know it? thanks again.
