What are the common mistakes for indies ?

Players have come to expect alot for their hard-earned dollar... Theres only so much disposable income in everyones budget.

Unless you have something very good- it will be very hard to get that sale.

The keyword is "addicting" -If your game is addicting - you''ve done it!

At one time im sure pong was considered addicting...

But people want alot of content, choices and options to make a title addicting these days.

For example: DIABLO - has many, many characters, monsters, items, levels, etc. and that takes ALOT of talent and help.

Its very cutthroat out there!!!! But then again -every once in while an indy makes it - so who knows? I keep trying...
