Job Opportunities at Fallout Software
/to editors: This message should probably be in Announcements, but the kind of people who I want to target will rather go to this part of the gdev board and not into the Announcements threads.
Hi everyone,
Let''s get down to the point. I own a software company. If you''re one of those dedicated to games people, and want to make games, go to my site www.falloutsoftware.com , then go to "jobs" to read about what''s required to join and additional details. It''s pretty indyish, but it''s the best I can do for now. (...read more info at the jobs page.) - I dont want to flood this thread. If you''re interested after reading all of that info in the jobs section of my site, you might be the kind of person I''m looking for.
Thanks,
Greg

you say you pay in percentage of profits. two questions:
1) how do you determine what percentage of the profits an employee gets? for example, how many hours they worked, or how many lines of code they submitted, how hard the problems were that they solved, etc..
2) how are you planning on selling your games? shareware? publisher?

I read the stuff and I saw both of those questions answered, dude.
To gregd: That briefcase game was really fun, man. I think it was a great concept too... I''m not too big on the puzzle games, but that was fun. I know some people that would get hooked. I was wondering what kind of art you''re looking for. Also (I might just be confused), but are you against getting big? I dunno, doesn''t matter to me right now, I''m just wanting to contribute to the design of a game.
Wow, I think that''s the longest post I''ve ever written... I think...
