Are there any good ones out there? I´m a n00b and really could need some help in that department :D Need some simple ones that cover the basic tools so I can find my way around in the program.

Well since you've already payed a few grand for 3d Studio Max 5.0 you shouldn't mind spending a bit more on training CD's. Right....?
You should also check out the tutorials that come w/ 3ds max. They're pretty good

As if he actually bought Max. LOL.
Yeah, the tutorials that come with 3dsmax just get better and better. Especially for newer features, since a lot of tutorials/books out there don''t provide adequate coverage.

I'm sure if they dramatically dropped the price more people would pay for it! £3000 is ludicrous he he! I would buy this in a second if it were cheaper but I'm won't take out a bank loan to do it for a hobby ... I uh, guess I'll have to uh, stick with Wings3D
