alpha blending (8 bit)
Can anyone point me in the right direction; how to do alpha blending with say 256 different amount of transparancy in OpenGL?
(it is possible right?)
I'm thinking about doing some clouds that that are non transparent in the middle and then more transparent on the edges.
Hope this wasn't to silly a question...

look into using using a picture format which wil alow u to use alpha chanels in your pictures (like tga)
