You might take a look at MilkShape 3D. It can produce fairly good looking models and can read and write to many different model formats. The good news is that a single license is only $20! Good luck with your game.

Sorry, I misinterpereted what you needed. I thought you were looking for a program, not a developer. Good luck finding someone though.
