Hi i am pretty new to creating games but i have been a programmer for 6+years now in c/C++ , VB 4/5/6, JAVA(2yrs). but what i am trying to do is start out by writing a simple game like snake or something that does not require much graphics... can anyone out there tell me the steps for this or post some source code...i feel that the best way to learn is by doing and not just reading books.... any help is greatly appreciated...
