Terrain generation
Hello, I have implemented a terrain generation application in OpenGL for my university dissertation project. The terrain is generated using functions such as those containing sine or cosine. For example, z = sin x + cosy would give an egg box type shape. By using more complex functions and combining height maps made from different fuctions, all kinds of terrain can be simulated.
