What is the best book to learn C++ game programing?

What is the best book to learn C++ programming? Where can I find them at a good price. Also are their any books that teach game programing and C++ all in one. Thx! =)

Game Programming All in One by de Sousa would meet your needs. It teaches C++ in part one, Windows Programming with DirectX in part two. And in part three teaches Advanced Game Programming. The books runs about $50. Of course this is probably not the BEST book to learn c++ from but it does teach most of the aspects of game programming in one book like you requested.

there are lots of C++ books online for free.
spend your money on a game programming book.
