fullscreen switching problem

every time i change between fullscreen and windows mode and the other open windows get moved down and to the right. how can this be pervented. i know it hapens with a lot of commercial games but not all of them have this ''bug''. dose anyone know how to fix this????? - Jono AH

i take it then that nobody has any clues on how to avoid this kind of thing and that im on my own.
