Texture Editor
I wondering if i should add texture editing in the Model Editor or make a seperate program.
Any opinions? Anyone been there?

make it part of the editor. there will no swiching between graphics and level editor. also it would help to avoid issues with incompatable formats. eg: user has jpeg, game wants tga, users graphics editor outputs a compresed tga and you can not use it..
on the other hand you need to support several formats in the editor and convert between them etc.
who will be useing the editor and how often? if they have not done level editing before is beter to provide a simple editor for them to use.
