MySql users database

What do you mean by "binds"? You mean like bound parameters? MySQL doesn''t support that...

Could you just explain what you mean?

If I had my way, I''d have all of you shot!

Actually, you just answered my question. I figured binds were not supported since I couldnt find any info on it. This is unfortunate to say the least. Without bound parameters, the db has to explain each query, each time. This is about 5-10 slower than using bound parameters in most cases. Oh well, back to Oracle.

I know. They''re planned for a later release, but probably not 4.1 since it''ll require a change in the network protocol.
