"proper" collisions
im well versed in physics modelling but im having trouble visualising what happens when "real" (soft, spinning, frictional) objects actually collide. i want proper handling of, say, someone being thrown from a car wreck and skidding across the ground, causing them to spin.
its easy enough to make spheres richochet, but whats a good way to represent two objects maintaining soft, sticky contact over a period of time, so that when i apply my forces i can have good modelling of grip eg its hard to hold onto a ladder in high wind.
