Camera Clipping planes

How would i go about calculating the clipping planes for my camera? Should i start with just vectors going in the six directions, rotate the top, bottom, right and left fov/2 degrees? And then find the different rotations of the camera, and rotate it again? the variables i have are FOV, Camera Pos, and Lookat Pos. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you simon
Yeah you''re basically on the right track, but if you''re using OpenGL or D3D, you might want to look at this article, which explains how to extract these planes from your API.
